Qualifications:
ARDMS certification (or equivalent in Ultrasound General) Minimum one year of recent experience performing general ultrasound procedures Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment and interpreting results Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to high standards of patient care Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and team structures
Responsibilities:
Conduct general ultrasound imaging procedures for a diverse patient population Prepare and position patients appropriately for each examination Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic information Maintain high-quality imaging standards and adhere to safety protocols Document procedures, findings, and patient interactions in line with facility policies Provide compassionate patient education about procedures and follow-up care
