Per Diem Vascular Sonographer

• Under the general supervision of the Lead Vascular Technologist, performs various types of non-invasive vascular testing.

Must have knowledge of regulations governing vascular technology and function within the legal boundaries of vascular technology practice in an IAC accredited laboratory.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of vascular technologist experience Must be able to perform all vascular modalities Excellent verbal, written, communication, customer service and organizational skills

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

Previous experience with Cerner a plus Custom Lab (Software for IAC Accreditation)

Educational Requirements:

Completion of an accredited ultrasound school with a focus on vascular technology, and/or on-site apprenticeship with a vascular laboratory

License/Certification:

Must be a registered RVT (ARDMS), RVS from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or CRV (CARDUP

• Canadian equivalent)
