Category Imaging•Ultrasound General Job Type Contract This contract opportunity offers an experienced Ultrasound Technologist the chance to work in two prestigious healthcare settings, specializing in both head and neck imaging as well as general ultrasound exams. The role involves hands-on scanning across multiple protocols utilizing advanced ultrasound technologies, including Philips Epiq Elite and GE Logiq 10s systems. Collaborate closely with radiologists and participate in ultrasound-guided procedures, including biopsies and potential operating room guidance, while providing comprehensive imaging for transplanted organs and vascular studies.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform head and neck ultrasound exams following detailed protocols at one hospital Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures such as biopsies and OR guidance opportunities Conduct general ultrasound exams including transplanted liver and kidney, DVT studies (upper and lower extremities), and routine screenings at the other hospital Work collaboratively with radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care Maintain and operate advanced ultrasound equipment proficiently to support diagnostic accuracy

Desired Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Ultrasound Technologist or Sonographer specializing in general and head & neck imaging Familiarity with ultrasound-guided procedures, including biopsies Experience with Philips Epiq Elite and GE Logiq 10s equipment preferred Pediatric ultrasound experience is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple hospital sites
