Category Imaging - Ultrasound General Job Type Contract This opportunity seeks an experienced sonographer with expertise in maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) ultrasound to perform comprehensive obstetric imaging at a renowned hospital in Lynn, MA. Candidates will deliver advanced diagnostic services for high-risk pregnancies, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal maternal and fetal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct first-trimester ultrasounds including nuchal translucency and early anatomy scans Perform detailed second- and third-trimester anatomy surveys Assess fetal growth and complete biophysical profiles (BPP) Evaluate multiple gestations and carry out cervical length measurements Perform placental evaluation including placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) Conduct targeted Doppler studies such as umbilical artery, middle cerebral artery (MCA), and ductus venosus Identify and document complex maternal and fetal conditions with accuracy Provide compassionate patient care while explaining procedures within scope and maintaining privacy Acquire high-quality diagnostic images, complete measurements, and accurately enter data into

EMR/PACS

Ensure all studies comply with accreditation standards (AIUM/ACR) Collaborate directly with physicians, radiologists, nurses, genetic counselors, and support staff Support fetal therapy and invasive procedures by preparing patients (procedures are physician-led)

Desired Qualifications:
