The group requires a part time Sonographer for its Columbia, Riverdale, and Rockville locations. Role Description The sonographer performing elastography screenings using a Velacur machine, allowing our physicians to diagnose and manage chronic liver diseases, such as fatty liver (MASLD/MASH). Qualifications Strong background in Medicine, Radiology, and Vascular imaging Certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) and/or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Excellent knowledge of diagnostic imaging principles and techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and clinical teams Prior experience in a healthcare or gastroenterology setting is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
