Are you ready for a change in your career? Maternal-Fetal Medicine Associates of Maryland is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our passionate and dedicated team. The available position is for full-time, however we are willing to consider part-time candidates as well. We are seeking someone who will serve as a fundamental part of our growing, perinatology practice.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Ability to perform 2D, 3D/4D imaging, spectral Doppler and color Doppler.
• Assisting physicians in performance of related examinations such as CVS, amniocentesis, etc.
• Recording images using proper identification information and giving results of sonography to physician for interpretation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited medical diagnostic sonography program
• Current ARDMS certification in OB/GYN
• Current BLS certification
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience and understanding of computers and software applications
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• First Trimester screening NT/NB certification (preferred not required)
• Fetal Echocardiography certification (preferred not required) Compensation for this position is based on experience.
