Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible scheduling options
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare scan room and patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety Draw up and administer IV or oral contrast as needed; conduct equipment warm-up protocols Interview and screen patients, explaining procedures and addressing questions Transport and assist patients, positioning them for optimal imaging results Perform MRI scans following correct protocols, utilizing proper coils, restraints, and imaging techniques Ensure accurate image marking and sequence, entering images correctly into the system Compile and prepare records for radiologist review, submitting accurate clinical information
Qualifications:
Valid certification/registration as an MRI Technologist Demonstrated skills in ultrasound vascular imaging Ability to administer contrast materials safely Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
