Required Qualifications:
ARDMS certification in General Ultrasound 1+ year of recent experience in an Ultrasound department Strong diagnostic imaging skills with proficiency in performing and interpreting a range of sonographic examinations Solid communication abilities for patient interaction and collaboration with medical staff Flexibility and adaptability to travel assignments Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality general ultrasound studies in accordance with facility protocols Accurately document findings and contribute to the diagnostic process Ensure patient comfort and explain imaging procedures clearly Maintain imaging equipment and adhere to safety standards Collaborate effectively with allied health and medical staff Uphold privacy and confidentiality policies at all times
