Key Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced echocardiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images and support accurate physician interpretation. Work collaboratively with clinicians to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department workflow. Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, adhering to best practice and safety standards. Manage patient preparation, explain procedures, and address concerns with compassion and professionalism. Accurately document imaging findings and maintain thorough, organized records.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
ARDMS or CCI certification in Echocardiography required. Proven experience as an Echo Tech, with proficiency in adult and, if possible, pediatric echocardiograms. Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows. Up-to-date BLS certification.
