Key Qualifications:
Active ARDMS certification in echocardiography (RDCS) or CCI certification (RCS) Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in echo imaging Proficiency in performing and interpreting echocardiograms, including TTE and stress echo procedures Strong communication skills and adaptability to new work environments Current BLS certification
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate ultrasound equipment to perform high-quality echocardiograms Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort and safety throughout Communicate findings effectively with physicians and collaborate on care plans Maintain accurate documentation and uphold facility and regulatory standards Troubleshoot imaging equipment and report any malfunctions as needed
