Quality Staffing Specialists are currently seeking skilled Maternal-Fetal Ultrasound Sonographers to work within a Women's Clinic Setting. Team of specialists that provides high-risk pregnancy care, counseling women across all stages of reproductive care, including those who want to become pregnant as well as women who need ongoing pregnancy care. The clinic uses extensive resources to ensure the baby receives the highest level of personalized care before and during your pregnancy and delivery, for the best possible outcome. The perinatal clinic offers in-person care and telemedicine services to help serve the growing needs of our region.
Services:
Women with a history of complications or medical care that may affect their pregnancy are seen by our providers who specialize in high-risk pregnancy care. You may seek care at our clinic if you have: Advanced maternal age, gestational diabetes, or other maternal health conditions, such as heart disease, multiple sclerosis, high blood pressure, lupus, or infectious disease exposure. A history of pregnancy complications, such as miscarriage, preterm delivery, or multiple gestations. A medication exposure, fetal birth defects, fetal growth or placental issues, genetic or other disorders that could affect the health of your child. High-Risk Pregnancy Care:
The Clinic provides a wide range of services at our Wilmington location, including prenatal diagnosis and consultation for high-risk pregnancies. Genetic Screening:
Maternal serum Noninvasive prenatal testing (NIPT) Chorionic villus sampling (CVS) Amniocentesis Genetic counseling and guidance Ultrasound:
Detailed first and second trimester anatomy ultrasound Fetal echocardiogram Maternal Disease Management:
Preconception consultation Diabetes monitoring, counseling, and teaching High blood pressure Kidney disease Obesity and metabolic disease Substance use disorders Required Skills/Experience:
Must have 2 years of recent Sonographer/Maternal Fetal experience Must have previous travel/contract experience Work Setting:
High Risk OB & Maternal Fetal Medicine Fetal Skills:
Abdomen, Abdominal Circumference, Bone Lengths, Cerebellum/Ventricles, Diaphragm, Duodenal Atresia/Intussusception, Finger/Toes, Gender, Head and Heart. Equipment Used:

7:45 am-4:15 pm (Monday-Friday), 5x8 hour shifts Scheduling Requirements:
Length of contract: 13 weeks Hours per week: 40 NO Call NO Weekends Credential Requirements:
Resume reflecting all experience & explanation of gaps in employment of more than 30 days Completion of a twelve (12) month program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography / General Ultrasound or equivalent certificate program is required BLS/Healthcare Provider (AHA only) NT/Nuchal Translucency Certification with one of the following: Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) OR Nuchal Translucency Quality Review (NTQR) Required:
RDMS (OB/GYN) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers - Obstetrics & Gynecology, Preferred, not required: you will still need maternal-fetal experience. RDMS (FE) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Fetal Echocardiography Quality Staffing Benefits:
