Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) or Sonographer (Ultrasound Tech)

Meaningful Nursing Work. Compassionate Care. Supportive Team. Women's Care Center is seeking compassionate, professional nurses or sonographers to join our team in Fargo/Moorhead. This role combines clinical care with compassionate client support for women during pregnancy and early parenting. We are looking for professionals who are clinically capable, emotionally supportive, respectful, and committed to treating every client with dignity and compassion regardless of her circumstances or pregnancy decision. Qualifications RN or LPN license required OR graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography/Ultrasonography program Current licensure/certification in good standing Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide calm, respectful, nonjudgmental care in emotionally sensitive situations Supportive of the life-affirming mission of Women's Care Center Additional Benefits No nights, weekends, or holidays Consistent daytime schedule Full or Part Time opportunities available: Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; part-time is full-day shifts with fewer days per week Role Responsibilities Conduct pregnancy testing and client education Perform limited obstetric ultrasounds Explain procedures and ultrasound information compassionately and professionally Complete clinical documentation and follow-up communication Assist clients with resources, education, and next steps Collaborate closely with counseling and client care staff Women's Care Center provides extensive paid training for this specialized role, including: Two full weeks of training in Fargo, ND Two full weeks of training at Women's Care Center corporate headquarters in Indiana Training includes pregnancy testing protocols, ultrasound procedures, documentation standards, follow-up processes, and Women's Care Center's client care approach. Candidates must be willing and able to complete all required training.
