Their experienced multidisciplinary team includes perinatologists, physician assistants, highly skilled perinatal sonographers, genetic counselors, diabetic educators, and dedicated support staff committed to providing exceptional care for pregnancies of all risk levels. As a private practice, they offer something increasingly rare in healthcare—a collaborative environment where employee concerns, ideas, and suggestions are heard and addressed quickly. Team members have direct access to leadership, and changes can be implemented efficiently without layers of corporate management or unnecessary bureaucracy. The Opportunity This practice is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join a team of approximately 25 highly trained MFM sonographers who take tremendous pride in their work, their patients, and one another. Their sonographers function almost like residents, serving as true clinical partners who are actively engaged in patient care and committed to maintaining the highest standards of diagnostic excellence. Schedule & Work-Life Balance This practice believes exceptional patient care starts with taking care of its employees. 4-day work week (32 hours/week) Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday schedules available
Hours:
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Paid lunch (employees do not clock out) Last patient scheduled at 3:30 PM , allowing ample time to complete documentation and finish the day on time Work-life balance is more than just a talking point. Holiday BPP Clinics:

$200 per weekday call shift (7 AM-7 PM) $300 per weekend call shift
Extra Shift Bonus:

Optional Travel Clinics:
