Job Summary Ultrasonographer / Radiology (R) TMS Contract In-Office | Carlsbad, NM, United States The Opportunity You're the kind of person who is always looking to learn. This a culture of winning. At TMS we breed winners. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging with high-quality, patient-focused care. Operate radiology equipment safely, adhering to ALARA and safety protocols. Meet or exceed daily and weekly imaging targets, with transparent progress tracking. Interpret basic ultrasound findings and document preliminary reports for clinician review. Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate imaging protocols for each patient. Engage in ongoing professional development to advance sonography skills and knowledge. Maintain accurate patient records, scheduling, and workflow to maximize throughput. Provide patient-centered care, explaining procedures and addressing questions or concerns. Assist in pipeline-based forecasting for imaging demand and resource planning. Maintain equipment cleanliness, calibration, and basic maintenance logs. Adhere to contract terms and on-site policies while ensuring consistent service delivery. Experience/Qualifications Certified ultrasonographer with current practice license Proficiency in diagnostic ultrasound imaging with patient-focused care Experience with ALARA principles and radiology safety protocols Ability to meet daily/weekly imaging targets with progress tracking Basic interpretation of ultrasound findings and preliminary reporting Collaboration with physicians to determine imaging protocols Commitment to ongoing professional development and skill advancement Accurate patient records, scheduling, and workflow management On-site patient communication; explain procedures and address questions Pipeline-based forecasting for imaging demand and resource planning Maintain equipment cleanliness, calibration, and maintenance logs What's in it for you?
