As a traveling imaging professional here, you'll enrich your clinical expertise while gaining exposure to a forward-thinking medical environment recognized for its commitment to excellence in vascular ultrasound and interventional radiology. This assignment is a prime opportunity to collaborate within an IAC-accredited Non-Invasive Vascular Lab, further strengthening your competencies and expanding your resume with advanced diagnostic practices. Schedule/Hours:
5x8 hour shifts
On-call:
1 weekday evening every other week and 1 weekend call every fifth week (rotation among five technicians)
Required Qualifications:
Current ARDMS certification Independent proficiency in: Upper and lower extremity venous and arterial duplex studies Carotid duplex studies Bypass graft, mesenteric artery, and renal artery duplex studies Vein mapping, fistula flow, and venous reflux studies Demonstrated competency/frequency in performing all required studies (include these in your application) Strong skills in general and vascular ultrasound; IR experience preferred
Preferred:
Four years' experience in ultrasound and/or RVT certification Ability to work across multiple hospital/clinic locations as needed
Core Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive vascular and general ultrasound studies with precision Accurately complete documentation and contribute to departmental quality standards Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care during all procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within an IAC-accredited lab
