Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Diagnostic Sonographer to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of general ultrasound examinations while providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations including: General abdominal ultrasound Small parts OB/GYN ultrasound (1st Trimester) Pelvic ultrasound Thyroid and soft tissue studies Prepare patients for procedures and explain exams clearly and professionally Ensure accurate imaging and proper documentation in the
EMR/PACS
system Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff Maintain ultrasound equipment and follow all quality assurance protocols Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines Qualifications Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer required Current ARDMS certification required Minimum 1-2 years of ultrasound experience required Experience performing general ultrasound studies preferred Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team environment
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
