Registered Ultrasound Technologist (General & Vascular)

Part-Time/Per-Diem Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Ultrasound Technologist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of general ultrasound and vascular ultrasound examinations while providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations including: General abdominal ultrasound Small parts OB/GYN ultrasound Pelvic ultrasound Thyroid and soft tissue studies Venous and arterial vascular studies Carotid duplex examinations Prepare patients for procedures and explain exams clearly and professionally Ensure accurate imaging and proper documentation in the

EMR/PACS

system Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff Maintain ultrasound equipment and follow all quality assurance protocols Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines Qualifications Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer required Current ARDMS certification required RVT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Minimum [1-2] years of ultrasound experience preferred Experience performing both general and vascular ultrasound studies Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team environment Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement
