Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technician to join a night shift team for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in vascular and obstetric sonography , along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including vascular and obstetric imaging Ensure accurate imaging and proper documentation for physician interpretation Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare staff Follow department protocols, policies, and regulatory standards Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support department needs

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology or Medical Sonography Minimum 2 year of radiologic/imaging experience Specialized training and experience in Medical Sonography Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Proficiency with major ultrasound equipment and related software Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in

English Certifications & Licensure:

ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) certification or registry eligible Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification Must maintain all required state and federal licenses and certifications

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in basic computer skills, including word processing

Pay:
