PM Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Echo Technician for an exciting Travel or Local job in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:

Perform M-mode, 2-D, pulse and continuous Doppler, and color Doppler echocardiograms Conduct contrast echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms Complete echo worksheets and perform all required calculations accurately and timely Provide care for adult and geriatric patients while addressing their physiological and anatomical needs Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort throughout examinations Assist cardiologists during procedures as needed Document all exams accurately in patient medical records Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies Assist with training and mentoring students and fellows Participate in continuing education and professional development activities Maintain high professional ethics and standards of conduct

Requirements:

Associate's Degree required Bachelor of Science preferred Current Echocardiography Certification required Current BLS Certification required Minimum 3 years of Echo Technician experience required Current Registry status required Strong verbal and written English communication skills required For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
