Ultrasound Technologist Location:
Chillicothe, Ohio Pay Rate:
$55 to $60/hr
Contract:
13 weeks
Schedule:
Day Shift, 5x8s; 7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM 4:00
PM Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours per week
Experience:
Minimum 3 years required About the Role We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week contract opportunity in Chillicothe, Ohio. This role focuses on general ultrasound exams, including abdomen, OB, and small parts imaging. The ideal candidate should be confident performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and accurate documentation. Responsibilities Perform general diagnostic ultrasound exams, including abdomen, OB, and small parts Operate ultrasound equipment and select proper transducers, settings, and techniques Prepare patients, explain procedures, obtain history, and ensure proper positioning Recognize and document normal and abnormal sonographic findings Maintain accurate records, follow infection control, and support quality imaging standards Requirements Minimum 3 years of Ultrasound Technologist experience required ARDMS(AB) or ARDMS(OB) certification required
BLS/BCLS
