Job Description
Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity awaits an experienced Echo Technologist skilled in imaging, particularly echocardiography. This contract position offers the chance to collaborate closely with a dedicated team while providing vital diagnostic services to patients. The assignment spans 13 weeks and includes work at two outpatient campuses, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Schedule:
5 shifts per week 8-hour shifts, Days 7:30am-4:00pmQualifications:
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Registration with ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) Proven proficiency in echocardiography imaging, including performing various echo procedures Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple clinical settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and clinical staffKey Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic echocardiography procedures in accordance with established protocols Work proficiently across St. Ann's and East outpatient locations, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care standards Accurately document and report findings for physician interpretation Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with cardiology teams to support patient treatment plans and contribute to a positive patient experienceBenefits:
