Job Description

Category Imaging - Ultrasound General Job Type Contract Seeking a skilled ultrasound professional for a contract assignment providing essential diagnostic imaging services. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in performing general ultrasound examinations and ready to work in a high-paced facility, ensuring precise and compassionate care.
Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts, nights 7:30pm - 6:00am, Monday through
Thursday Qualifications:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Active ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification Previous experience as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer, with proficiency in a variety of general imaging procedures Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Demonstrated attention to detail with efficient workflow management
Responsibilities:
Perform general ultrasound imaging on a broad range of patients and conditions Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure optimal image quality and proper diagnostic protocols Prepare and position patients for exams, providing clear information and reassurance throughout the process Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procedures Support a safe, clean, and compliant imaging environment by following established guidelines Uphold patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
