Job Description

Category Imaging - Ultrasound General Job Type Contract Deliver exceptional patient care using your ultrasound expertise in a dynamic hospital setting. This assignment offers a focused contract opportunity, ideal for professionals passionate about diagnostic imaging and comprehensive patient support.
Schedule:
4 shifts per week 10-hour nights: 7:30pm - 6:00am, Monday through
Thursday Qualifications:
Current and valid ARDMS certification required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification necessary Proven experience as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer, with proficiency in general ultrasound imaging Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality diagnostic standards Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general ultrasound examinations, delivering high-quality images for physician interpretation Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the procedure Accurately document findings and maintain patient records in accordance with facility protocols Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care and education Adhere to infection control, safety policies, and operational procedures at all times
