Contract | Local or Traveler Position Overview We are seeking an experienced General Ultrasound Technologist to join a diagnostic imaging team within a community-based acute care facility. The Ultrasound Technologist will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and exceptional care. Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations Operate Philips Ultrasound Systems to obtain diagnostic images Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care throughout examinations Review imaging studies for technical quality and completeness Maintain accurate patient records and examination documentation Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members regarding patient care Follow imaging protocols and departmental procedures Maintain ultrasound equipment and report operational concerns Support timely diagnosis and treatment through quality imaging services Adhere to facility safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Requirements Graduate of an Accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Current ARDMS Certification Active Oregon License (If Required by State Regulations) Experience Operating Philips Ultrasound Systems BLS Certification Strong Knowledge of Ultrasound Imaging Principles and Patient Care Standards Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to Work Independently and Prioritize Workload Effectively Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 Year of Recent General Ultrasound Experience Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Experience in
