Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Ultrasound/Diagnostic Medical Sonography program Current ARDMS certification in General Ultrasound (or eligibility) Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in General Ultrasound Proficiency in abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN, and small parts scanning Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid BLS certification
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality ultrasound exams and procedures as ordered by providers Review patient histories and communicate effectively with patients and clinicians Operate and maintain imaging equipment Adhere to safety protocols and accurately document findings Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care Contribute to a supportive and adaptive department culture
