Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Current certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum of two years' experience working as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer in a clinical setting Strong knowledge of general ultrasound procedures and equipment Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Ability to collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff
Responsibilities:
Perform general ultrasound examinations, including evaluating and documenting anatomical and pathophysiological data Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and answering questions as needed Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards during every procedure Maintain accurate patient records, imaging results, and exam documentation Collaborate with the care team to interpret and communicate findings Assist with workflow needs and help to ensure timely patient care within a busy imaging department Make a meaningful impact in a clinical setting where your expertise advances patient diagnosis and care.
