Full Job Description Overview:
Work Days Tuesday and Thursdays ONLY We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated
ECHO CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN
to join our medical imaging team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, as well as a passion for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic ultrasound evaluations for patients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize advanced sonography techniques to capture detailed images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology to ensure accurate diagnoses and minimize unnecessary tests.
  • Maintain aseptic technique at all times to protect patients and staff from infection.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care.
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all diagnostic images.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for patients and colleagues at all times.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in sonography and medical imaging.
  • In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Experience with diagnostic evaluation and medical imaging procedures.
  • Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control protocols.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay:
