Qualifications:
Registered or registry-eligible in Echocardiography (RDCS, RCS, or equivalent) Minimum of one year of recent experience in cardiac ultrasound Proficient in performing and interpreting adult echocardiograms Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality echocardiographic studies, including M-Mode, 2D, and Doppler imaging Collaborate with cardiologists to evaluate and diagnose cardiac conditions Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment Accurately document findings and patient information in electronic records Provide compassionate care while explaining procedures to patients
