Job Description

Are you looking for a new Ultrasound Technologist position? You've come to the right place! My name is Caroline and I am a Healthcare Recruiter. I'm here to help! My client, a community hospital in middle Vermont, is looking for an Ultrasound Technologist. This is a full-time, permanent position with comprehensive benefits. They have multiple shifts available.
Responsibilities:
Works under the supervision, provider, or department leadership Performs ultrasound imaging examinations and procedures. Recognizes cross-sectional anatomy. Provides excellent customer service and complies with hospital policies and procedures. Properly records patient exams and patient results.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Graduated from an accredited ultrasound program Prior experience or training in general abdomen ultrasound, OB/GYN, pelvic, transvaginal, breast, carotid/venous studies, and small parts sARDMS certified or ARDMS eligible (must become certified within first year of employment),and must be scheduled to take or have already passed the ARDMS Sonography Principles and Instrumentation Exam BLS Certification
