Our space is designed to feel warm, calm, and supportive—offering a more personal alternative to traditional medical settings. We are currently looking to bring on two sonographers who not only have strong technical skills, but who genuinely enjoy connecting with families and being part of such a special moment. Position Overview We are seeking part-time sonographers with OB experience or fresh out of school to perform 2D, 3D, and 4D elective ultrasound sessions. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, supplemental hours in a relaxed, family-centered environment. Schedule Flexible based on availability, including a mix of: Weekday daytime hours (approx. 10:00am-4pm) Weekday evenings (approx. 2:00pm-8:30pm) Weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) Opportunity to grow hours over time. Responsibilities Perform elective ultrasound scans (heartbeat, gender, 3D/4D imaging) Create a calm, welcoming, and positive experience for clients and families Obtain high-quality images, including 3D/4D facial views Communicate clearly and kindly with clients during sessions Maintain a clean, organized scanning space Uphold clear boundaries between elective imaging and medical care Qualifications ARDMS registered (preferred) or equivalent experience OB/GYN ultrasound experience required Experience with 3D/4D imaging strongly preferred Ability to work independently and confidently Comfortable working with families, including children present during sessions Ideal Candidate Warm, patient, and personable Enjoys working in a relaxed, non-clinical environment Passionate about creating meaningful experiences for families Flexible with daytime, evening, and/or weekend availability Interested in growing with a new and expanding business Compensation $25-$35/hour base pay (depending on experience) Opportunity for performance-based incentives (add-ons, etc.) How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief note about your experience and why this role interests you.
