This travel Pediatric Echo sonographer assignment is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in advanced echocardiography for a diverse patient population. Working alongside the pediatric echo lead tech, you'll gain exposure to innovative imaging practices and refine your expertise using modern technologies like Philips EPIQ7 equipment, with all records managed through EPIC and ISCV. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a renowned children's hospital setting, broadening your clinical skills and enhancing your resume. Each day promises valuable learning experiences as you perform a variety of fetal and pediatric echo studies, average 8 scans daily, ensuring no two shifts are ever the same.
Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with variable schedule
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active BLS, ARDMS, and PE certifications Proven skills in pediatric and fetal echocardiography Experience with inpatient echo preferred Comfortable using EPIC and ISCV systems Prior use of Philips EPIQ7 or similar imaging equipment Strong communication skills and collaborative work style
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inpatient fetal and pediatric echo studies within a children's hospital Accurately document imaging findings in
EMR/PACS
Collaborate closely with a pediatric echo lead tech and multidisciplinary teams Ensure quality standards and compassionate patient care Adapt to variable workflows as needed
