This role is ideal for the adventurous Pediatric Echo Sonographer eager to enhance their clinical expertise in a specialized hospital setting while discovering a welcoming local community. Take advantage of working closely in a children's unit with a dynamic team, exposing yourself to a robust range of pediatric and fetal echocardiograms. Collaboration with a knowledgeable peds echo lead tech and interdisciplinary professionals broadens your clinical acumen, introduces innovative workplace practices, and enhances your resume with valuable pediatric inpatient experience. This assignment helps build adaptability—an asset for any sonographer—while you familiarize yourself with EPIC and ISCV, two leading EMR and PACS platforms, and utilize advanced Philips EPIQ7 equipment. Spend your downtime hiking scenic trails, sampling local cuisine, or visiting historic Appalachian sites—making each day both professionally rewarding and personally enriching.

Travel position; specific hours provided during interview
Desired Qualifications:
ARDMS + PE & BLS
certification required Pediatric/fetal echo experience strongly preferred Proficiency with Philips EPIQ7 equipment Experience using EPIC and ISCV platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Perform an average of 8 pediatric/fetal echocardiograms daily Support inpatient echo needs within the children's unit Collaborate with the peds echo lead tech and interdisciplinary teams Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate documentation using
EMR/PACS
systems
