ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN

Rose Animal Clinic | Bentonville, Arkansas Rose Animal Clinic is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing small animal practice in Bentonville, Arkansas. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced primary veterinarian in a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient care, strong client relationships, and the practice of gold-standard medicine. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive wellness, diagnostic, and sick-patient examinations Develop treatment plans and provide high-quality medical and surgical care Interpret laboratory results, radiographs, ultrasound findings, and other diagnostic testing Educate clients on preventative care, treatment recommendations, and long-term health management Collaborate closely with our primary veterinarian and experienced support staff Maintain accurate and thorough medical records Help lead and support a culture of medical excellence and exceptional client service Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and client experience Schedule Full-time position Average of 42 hours per week Shared rotating Saturday schedule Designed to provide both professional fulfillment and work-life balance Our Practice Rose Animal Clinic is a modern, well-equipped small animal hospital committed to delivering exceptional veterinary care while fostering meaningful relationships with our clients and community.

Digital radiography Digital dental radiography In-house ultrasound Comprehensive in-house laboratory capabilities Three exam rooms Dedicated support staff with approximately two technicians per doctor Collaborative team environment focused on high-quality medicine We believe veterinarians should have the tools, support, and autonomy necessary to practice medicine the right way. Our team works together to ensure doctors can focus on patient care while receiving the support needed to be successful.
