Exploring hospital ownership? We have an incredible opportunity for a Medical Director to lead a well-equipped general practice and urgent care hospital in the Mesa area, with the option to buy-in as a co-owner. This position offers a blend of clinical leadership and ownership, allowing you to influence the direction of the hospital while maintaining an active role in patient care. The hospital is fitted with modern diagnostic equipment and designed to support efficient case flow, particularly within a GP and urgent care setting. You will be working alongside a collaborative and experienced team, with a strong support staff ratio that enables a consistent standard of care and workflow efficiency. The practice is positioned for continued growth and requires a Medical Director who is comfortable overseeing clinical standards, mentoring associates, and contributing to operational direction. Alongside leadership responsibilities, you will have the autonomy to help shape protocols, workflows, and service offerings within the hospital. This opportunity is supported by a larger veterinary group that provides operational, HR, marketing, and financial infrastructure, allowing you to focus on clinical leadership and team development.
