Associate Veterinarian

Introduction Our client is a veterinary hospital that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Caring for dogs, cats, pocket pets, guinea pigs, and exotics, this well-established practice has been serving its community since 1969 and has earned a reputation as a trusted provider of veterinary care. The hospital offers a diverse caseload and the opportunity to work with a variety of species while practicing high-quality medicine in a respected and longstanding community practice. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing the full scope of general practice services across a varied caseload. Responsibilities include preventative care, diagnostics, treatment planning, client communication, and the management of both routine and more complex medical cases. This position is best suited to an experienced veterinarian who enjoys practicing comprehensive medicine and working with a diverse range of species. With no weekend requirements and clinic hours focused Monday through Friday, the role offers an excellent balance between professional fulfillment and personal time. Practice Details This hospital provides a broad range of veterinary services including the full scope of general practice care, Urgent and Emergency Care, Orthopedics, and Oncology. The practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology including but not limited to an In-House Laboratory, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, and Digital Dental X-Ray, allowing clinicians to perform efficient diagnostics and deliver comprehensive patient care. The facility is clean, organized, and supported by an In-House Pharmacy, creating a streamlined workflow for both medical teams and clients. In addition to its core medical services, the practice also provides behavior counselling, further supporting the health and wellbeing of its patients. The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and remains closed on weekends. Team You will be joining a team that includes three highly skilled, hardworking, and kind DVMs, supported by multiple technicians and assistants.
