What We're Looking For We're seeking a veterinarian who: Values strong client relationships and community involvement Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Is open to mentorship or enjoys mentoring others Has an interest in surgery, dentistry, exotics, or a special focus area (not required — just a plus!) The base salary with production for this position can range between $140,000 - $170,000 annually with production for a 40-hour work week (4 tens) and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type. Total compensation may also include a sign-on or retention bonus.
