We welcome both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. If you are a recent graduate, we provide mentorship, support, and opportunities to develop your medical, surgical, and dental skills in a positive learning environment. Our hospital focuses on providing high-quality medicine, surgery, dentistry, preventive care, diagnostics, and client education while maintaining a supportive workplace culture for our team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop diagnostic and treatment plans. Diagnose and treat medical conditions in dogs and cats. Perform routine soft tissue surgeries including spays, neuters, mass/tumor removals, wound repairs, laceration repairs, and other general surgical procedures based on experience level. Perform dental procedures including prophylactic cleanings, dental radiograph interpretation, and extractions as appropriate. Interpret laboratory results, radiographs, cytology, and other diagnostic tests. Administer vaccinations and medications. Provide urgent care and emergency stabilization as needed. Educate clients regarding preventive care, nutrition, and treatment recommendations. Maintain accurate and complete medical records. Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care. Participate in continuing education and professional development. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree from an accredited veterinary school. California veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to patient care and client service. Ability to work well within a team environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply. $140,000-$200,000+ annually depending on experience, schedule, and production.
