We're seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal hospital in Hermosa Beach, California . This opportunity is ideal for a confident, well-rounded veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine and is looking for a supportive team, a loyal client base, and an unbeatable coastal lifestyle. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of small animal experience and is fully capable and comfortable performing routine surgeries and dentistry independently . This is not a mentorship role—we're looking for someone who can step in with confidence, build strong client relationships, and contribute immediately as a valued member of the medical team.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years of small animal experience Proficiency in routine soft tissue surgeries, including spays, neuters, and mass removals Strong dental skills, including performing dental procedures independently Confidence in medical decision-making and case management Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach A commitment to practicing exceptional medicine and delivering an outstanding client experience
