Requirements Required:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in California Interest in small animal general practice, urgent care, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, and/or case-based medicine Commitment to ethical medical recommendations and clear client communication Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, technicians, and support staff Willingness to practice in person at Pine Animal Hospital in

Long Beach, California Preferred:

2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, emergency, dentistry, surgery, internal medicine, or diagnostics Interest in working up complex or challenging medical cases Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and clinical growth Comfort working in a busy, well-supported, team-based hospital Openness to integrative medicine alongside high-quality Western veterinary medicine This position is not ideal for someone looking for a high-volume, production-first environment. It is ideal for a veterinarian who wants to practice good medicine, grow clinically, collaborate with a strong team, and build lasting relationships with clients and patients.
