Job Description
Full time or part time veterinarian in beautiful San Diego. Great living environment, amazing weather, access to beaches, deserts, mountains, and everything in between with the time to enjoy them. We are a small animal hospital with great clients, fantastic support team, and an incredibly positive culture. We are independently owned and value our connection with our clients and our community. We practice high quality medicine and give the freedom to our doctors to practice medicine in the best way to benefit the patient and client. We value work life balance, personal wellbeing, are not open on weekends, and have no emergency after hour duties. We also value patient/client/doctor time with 30 minutes appointments. We have an experienced team with the desire to mentor when needed. We encourage and support personal growth, professional development opportunities, and knowledge on your areas of interest. We want our veterinarians to love their careers and have job satisfaction. If you value a great working environment, schedule, work life balance and a fantastic team, we may be the hospital for you. Full time $120,000 a year base salary or 20% production, whichever is greater. 5 day, 4 day alternating per week and benefits. We offer CE, license and AVMA membership and health insurance stipends. We have a non matching 401k retirement program. Part time (3 day) $70,000 a year base salary or 20% production, whichever is greater.
