We might have the perfect role for you! We're working with a long-established small animal hospital in Santa Ana that has been serving its local community for almost four decades and is now seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced Medical Director in a well-equipped, community-focused hospital that prides itself on delivering personalized care and building long-term relationships with clients. The practice combines the welcoming feel of a family-oriented hospital with the resources and support of a larger veterinary network, giving veterinarians the freedom to practice medicine their way while benefiting from additional professional support and development opportunities. The hospital offers a broad range of services including preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care medicine. You'll be supported by a dedicated team that values collaboration, communication, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes. With just one veterinarian currently leading the hospital, this is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who enjoys making an impact, building client relationships, and becoming a key member of a respected local practice. One of the biggest attractions of this opportunity is the schedule. Flexible 3- or 4-day work weeks are available, with absolutely no weekend requirements.
