Compensation & Premium Benefits Competitive Pay:

Base salary of $140,000 - $200,000 + production (Pro-Sal) with no negative accrual (4 day workweek)

Sign-on Bonus:

$10,000 total bonus—50% awarded following your 90-day onboarding/probationary period and 50% on your one-year anniversary.
