Arizona California Colorado Idaho New Mexico Utah Washington Position Requirements All Emergency Relief Veterinarian positions require the following minimum qualifications: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree. Experience in emergency medicine and/or the successful completion of a small animal rotating or emergency internship.

State Veterinary Board License:

Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligibility.
