This is an exciting opportunity to join and further develop the Critical Care service at a thriving specialty hospital. Our continued growth has created the need to add another Criticalist to support our expanding caseload and emergency service. A Collaborative Specialty Environment AESC has an established team of emergency clinicians and specialists in Surgery, Internal Medicine, Radiology, Cardiology, Anesthesia, Neurology, Oncology, Rehabilitation, and Emergency & Critical Care. Our busy and well-supported ER service provides a strong caseload and excellent partnership for critical care management. In 2025, AESC saw over 33,000 patients with half attributed to ER and Critical Care. With a strong referral and client basis the ER team sees 40-65 patients every 24 hours. Our hospital offers 24/7 on-call surgery performed by one of our board-certified surgeons, ensuring timely and expert surgical care for critical cases. Ultrasonography is provided by one of our three board-certified radiologists, guaranteeing precise diagnostic imaging for our patients. We are also proud to have additional specialists in anesthesia, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, and oncology, allowing for a truly comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Around-the-clock emergency care is supported by an experienced ER doctor team, providing prompt and compassionate treatment whenever it is needed most.

Compensation Salary range:
