An established small animal veterinary practice in western Connecticut is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team. Veterinarian Mentorship Program New graduates and veterinarians transitioning into small animal practice can benefit from a comprehensive 12-month mentorship program designed to build confidence, enhance clinical skills, and provide ongoing professional support. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional medical care to companion animals. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Collaborate with a skilled veterinary and support team. Utilize modern diagnostic and treatment technologies to achieve the best patient outcomes. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient care and continuous learning. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university. Active state veterinary license or ability to obtain one. Current DEA license or ability to obtain upon hire. USDA accreditation or ability to obtain upon hire. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation packages are customized for each candidate, with typical earnings ranging from $100,000$160,000 annually, depending on experience and schedule.
