The Opportunity We're seeking an Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about helping pets and people with a purpose driven team. For those who have a desire for surgery and dentistry we also have those opportunities (not required and optional for the candidate that is interested surgery and dentistry. ) Manage a balanced caseload, including: Wellness care Sick visits Diagnostic workups Surgical opportunities, if interested include: Perform soft tissue surgeries (spays, neuters, mass removals, splenectomies, etc.) Practice dentistry, including extractions Expand into advanced procedures (including potential orthopedic services for the right candidate) You'll have the support, tools, and collaboration needed to think through cases, not just move through them.   • $200,000 salary (based on experience) Flexible 3-4 day work week CE + professional development support Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) / IRA + retirement options Paid time off + parental leave Relocation assistance Employee Assistance Program Employee discounts What We're Looking For DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited institution Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication skills and commitment to client education Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude (non-negotiable) Desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a collaborative environment Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
