Job Description

We are a full-service community-based animal hospital located in Pensacola, Fl. Our Doctor and staff are dedicated to providing veterinary services throughout every stage of your beloved pet's life. We are currently looking for a Vet Receptionist to join our staff!
Vet Receptionist Requirements:
Must be able to work (7:20am-5:30pm) 4 weekdays and some Saturday Must be able to work occasional Kennel Duty on weekends Must show up to work on time Must complete all duties before leaving Must have a driven, positive & energetic attitude
Vet Receptionist Qualification:
Must be 18 years or older 1-2 years of experience as a Vet Receptionist Experience with scheduling appointments Experience with answering phones Experience with Avimark is a plus Experience with customer service. Experience anywhere else in office is a plus.
