Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatments Manage a variety of small animal medical and surgical cases Collaborate with and mentor a skilled team of veterinary professionals Maintain medical records using EHR Assist in the development and implementation of clinic protocols Provide client communication and education Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace culture
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited institution Licensed or eligible to practice in Florida Familiarity with EHR systems and modern diagnostic tools Clinical and diagnostic skills Passion for team collaboration and mentorship Communicator with a client-first mindset
