Future path to ownership is a possibility. You choose the nearest available hospital to where you live. What You'll Do - Leadership Lead and mentor the clinical team in daily operations. Create and manage medical treatment plans, direction, and focus. Hire, coach, and develop team members to create a positive, inclusive culture. Collaborate on staffing, inventory, and marketing with support from the business team. Help ensure compliance with standards and operating policies for PVS hospitals. Review clinic performance metrics and receive guidance to grow as a business leader. Potentially transition into ownership through an independent franchise-with continued support. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution Licensed (and in good standing) to practice veterinary medicine in the state of employment Minimum of 3 years of experience in general practice, preventive care, or a community clinic setting preferred Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for client education Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, retail-based clinic model Comfortable using modern veterinary software and digital records systems
