Job Description
Happy Tails Veterinary Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing small-animal practice in Wellington, Florida. We are a privately owned, veteran-owned clinic focused on providing exceptional medicine with a personalized, family-oriented experience. Our goal is to create long-term relationships with pets and their families while maintaining a positive, supportive work environment for our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who values high-quality medicine, genuine client relationships, and practicing in a collaborative environment without the pressure of corporate medicine. What We're Looking For We are seeking a veterinarian who: Is passionate about small-animal medicine and surgery Communicates clearly and compassionately with clients Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and families Works well within a supportive team culture Values work-life balance and a positive clinic environment Is confident practicing independently while also collaborating with teammates Both experienced veterinarians and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. Mentorship is available.
